The Goal Or CHallenge:

Prestige Custom Builders is a new company, with goals of growing their network in southeast Texas, positioning them to 1) be the first brand that comes to mind when someone is planning to build a custom home or undergo custom renovations, and 2) have a relevant audience to sell homes in new developments with their partner realtor.

After defining Prestige Custom Builders’ target market, we began determining how we could reach them where they are already spending time online.

Our Approach:

We came to the conclusion that Prestige’s target audience is most present and active on Facebook, so our strategy was twofold:

  1. Run Page Like ads that showcase Prestige Custom Builder’s work, and build a following online that is aligned with their target market.
  2. Consistently create and publish engaging organic content, to keep Prestige’s growing audience engaged and up to speed with new developments.

By creating and sharing content that is interesting, engaging, education, and relevant to Prestige's audience, we built a strong sense of community on Prestige's page.

How We Measured Success

By consistently publishing engaging content on Facebook that was relevant and interesting to our audience, we established a 5.7% engagement rate in December of 2021, and increased it to a 12% engagement rate in January of 2022. Due to strategic targeting in our paid page like campaigns, we’ve seen an average of 87.5% audience growth since launching the page, and currently have a total of 650 page likes. In January of 2022, we ran an additional ad with a $100 budget that reached 16,040 people, drove 648 link clicks, and had a CPC of $0.15. The home featured in the ad sold at full price after only 5 days on the market.
